Functional Integrity: This guarantee covers the electronic delivery systems and thermal regulation components under normal residential use.

What is Covered

  • Complete failure of internal copper induction coils.
  • CPU/Control unit malfunctions (LCD failure or button unresponsiveness).
  • Defective semi-conductor heating elements or thermal sensors.
  • Manufacturing defects in the power transformer or adapter.

What is Excluded

  • Punctures, tears, or aesthetic degradation of the vegan leather/mesh.
  • Internal damage caused by folding the mat outside of designated hinge points.
  • Damage resulting from liquid ingress or moisture exposure.
  • Electrical failure due to power surges without an approved surge protector.

2. Grounding Mats (Carbon/PU)

Performance Criteria: We guarantee a surface-to-ground continuity reading within industry-standard therapeutic ranges for the duration of the term.

What is Covered

  • Verified loss of surface-wide electrical conductivity.
  • Separation or delamination of the conductive layers, provided such condition results in a measurable loss of electrical conductivity.
  • Mechanical failure of the stainless steel connection snap terminal.

What is Excluded

  • Cosmetic scuffing, scratches, or furniture indentations.
  • Superficial peeling or delamination that does not impact technical conductivity.
  • Degradation caused by the use of bleach, ammonia, or essential oils.

3. Grounding Sheets & Textiles

24-Month Guarantee

Textile Standards: Coverage is strictly limited to the electrical performance of the silver-infused grid system.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the silver-fiber weaving or grid patterns.
  • Premature loss of conductivity within 24 months (subject to care compliance).
  • Failure of the connection snap or structural perimeter seams.

What is Excluded

  • Sulfidation: Natural yellowing/tarnishing of silver due to body oils or sweat.
  • Conductivity loss caused by fabric softeners, bleach, or whitening agents.
  • Standard textile "pilling" or thinning of the cotton base fabric.
  • Damage from high-heat drying (Sheets must be air-dried or low-tumble).

Claims, Verification & Logistics

Verification: To eliminate ambiguity, all conductivity claims (Mats and Sheets) must be accompanied by a video demonstration using a multimeter or Continuity Tester. If the product demonstrates continuity, it is considered functional and ineligible for a claim.

Proper Care: Use of prohibited chemicals (Bleach, Softeners, High-pH soaps) immediately voids all textile guarantees. Proof of proper maintenance may be requested during the claim process.

Shipping: Grooni Wellness covers return shipping for claims approved within the first 90 days. After 90 days, the purchaser is responsible for shipping the unit to our center for inspection.

Resolution: Grooni Wellness reserves the right to repair the unit, provide a replacement, or issue a pro-rated store credit if the model has been discontinued.
